Gas Lift Mandrels
Rigorously Tested. Well Trusted.

A critical, but often overlooked, component of any gas lift system is the mandrel. From sourcing high-quality steel to testing each individual mandrel, we are proud of the products we put into service for your well. Each mandrel is gauged, drifted and inspected before it enters our hydro-testing booth.

We then pressure up each mandrel to 5,000 psi and inspect the threads and lugs for any potential leaks. This best-in-industry procedure has helped us earn the trust and loyalty of many producers.

Tubing Retrievable Gas Lift Mandrels
CM10 Series Conventional Gas Lift Mandrel

The CM10 Series Conventional Gas Lift Mandrels are installed as part of the tubing string and have an exterior ported lug, which accepts a 1" OD conventional subsurface control device and a reverse flow check valve. All CM10 series mandrels are internally drifted to standard drifted specifications and hydrostatically tested to 6,000 psi.

CM15 Series Conventional Gas Lift Mandrel

The CM15 Series Conventional Gas Lift Mandrels are installed as part of the tubing string and have an exterior ported lug, which accepts a 1-1/2" OD conventional subsurface control device and a reverse flow check valve. All CM15 series mandrels are internally drifted to standard drifted specifications and hydrostatically tested to 6,000 psi.

IM (Internal Mounted) Gas Lift Mandrel

The IM gas lift mandrel allows for a 1" valve and check valve to be internally mounted, which doesn't allow for an internal full bore drift. The IM mandrel has the same O.D. dimensions as the tubing, and makes it ideal in wells with limited clearance between the tubing and casing. (IM mandrels are available in sizes from 1" up to 3-1/2".)

Conventional Washover Gas Lift Mandrel

The Conventional Washover Gas Lift Mandrels are installed as part of the tubing string and have an exterior ported lug which accepts a 1" OD conventional subsurface control device and a reverse flow check valve. All Washover mandrels are internally drifted to standard drifted specifications and hydrostatically tested to 3,000 psi.
