Mother Hubbard (MH) Style

The Max
  • Packer style separator designed for today’s dynamic/high-production wells
  • Creates the greatest tool OD to casing ID ratio possible, allowing users to maximize the annulus of a given wellbore; by increasing the size of the annulus, it decreases the downward fluid velocity of the fluid prior to pump entry, allowing gas to escape up the casing
  • Increases gas separation efficiencies up to 20% compared with competing products, improving pump performance in rod pumped wells

The Helix
  • The Helix Sand ByPass is designed to work with both ESP and rod pump lift systems.
  • This patented technology is the only tool on the market that moves the sand discharge away from the pump suction.
  • Utilizes a precision-cut, dual-channel vortex to maximize fluid velocity and trap solids in the solids channel, directing it to the dedicated sand drain at the bottom of the vortex; solids then drop through the sand drain, which ends directly above the entrance to the mud anchor

    • As a standalone sand separator on rod pump applications

  • All-in-one gas and solids separator with no packer requirement, designed for low-to-mid-range production levels in less dynamic environments
  • Utilizes the ID of the tool body itself to separate gas, and utilizes the sand bypass technology to separate sand and solids prior to dip tube entry to pump
